Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for any services or premium features offered by NeuroQueerz. Our aim is to be fair and transparent with our community members.
Monthly Subscription: Access to the core features and resources of NeuroQueerz is provided via a recurring monthly subscription fee.
Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for the current month’s subscription fee once it has been processed. Your subscription provides access for the entire period you have paid for.
Exceptions: Refunds for the current billing cycle may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Accidental Duplicate Charges: If you were inadvertently charged twice in the same billing cycle.
- Technical Issues: If platform-wide technical issues (from our end) significantly prevented you from accessing or using the services for a substantial portion of the billing period, and we were unable to resolve these in a timely manner. We ask that you provide evidence such as a screenshot using an alternative device.Â
Cancelling Future Renewals: You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will retain access until that date. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing period after cancellation. It is your responsibility to cancel future payments.
Additional services: We also offer additional features available on a pay per service/product basis.

Please include the following information in your request:
- Your username and associated email address.
- The date of the charge you are disputing.
- A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund, referencing the conditions in this policy.
- Any evidence to support your refund
We will review your request and respond within 5-10 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays.
3. Third-Party Services and Recommendations
- Information and Signposting: NeuroQueerz may provide signposting to external resources, charities, or services that we believe may be of value to our community. These resources are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the services offered by those third parties.
- Member-Referred or Advertised Services: NeuroQueerz is not responsible for any services, products, or advice obtained by members through third-party advertisements displayed on our platform, or through recommendations from other members.
NeuroQueerz does not act as an agent, broker, or intermediary for services offered by third parties. Any transactions, agreements, or interactions you enter into with a third-party provider are solely between you and that provider.
NeuroQueerz will not reimburse members for any fees paid to, or costs incurred with, third-party service providers, regardless of whether these services were discovered through NeuroQueerz, recommended by another member, or advertised on our platform.
Members are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence when engaging with any third-party service or provider. NeuroQueerz is not liable for any dissatisfaction, loss, or damage arising from the use of such external services.
Additional products and services (premium offerings) provided by Neuroqueerz
This section covers refunds for additional products and services provided by Neuroqueerz including private one-on-one mentoring, guides, and inclusive technology. This list is not exhaustive.
- Refunds for Premium Offerings are typically assessed on an individual basis separate to core features included in memeberships.
- For private one-on-one mentoring sessions, refunds will be considered if a session is cancelled by NeuroQueerz, or under specific extenuating circumstances, subject to review. Partial refunds may be issued for unused, pre-paid mentoring packages.
- For products related to inclusivity such as guides, software etc or merchandise, refunds may be issued if the product is found to be defective or not as described. Â
